Rt. Hon. Emiko Odin-Etuwewe, immediate past leader of Warri South West Council, extends warm felicitations to his successor, Hon. Samuel Ekpemupolo, on his well-deserved emergence as Financial Secretary at the 2024 National Councilors Forum elections.
Attending the elections as a national stakeholder, Rt. Hon. Emiko Odin-Etuwewe expressed pride and joy, stating that Hon. Ekpemupolo’s victory is “another victory for Delta” as they bow out of the front-line struggle.
