The Lisa of Osooro Kingdom, High Chief Bamidele Omosehin, has paid a heartfelt tribute to his beloved sister, Mrs. Modupe Racheal Ehuwa, who passed away on November 15, 2024. Mrs. Ehuwa, born on October 1, 1964, was described as a remarkable woman whose life was marked by compassion, strength, and devotion to family and community.
In his emotional tribute, High Chief Omosehin described his late sister as a “beacon of love and light,” whose kindness and wisdom impacted everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
“Mrs. Modupe Racheal Ehuwa was a woman of immense grace and integrity,” he said. “Her dedication to nurturing relationships and uplifting others was a defining aspect of her life. She will be remembered as a source of strength and a role model for us all.
“He continued, “On behalf of the Osooro Kingdom and our family, I honor my dear sister, whose unwavering faith and compassion leave an enduring legacy. Though her departure has left a void, her spirit will remain a guiding light in our lives. Rest peacefully, dear sister, in the loving arms of our Creator.
“Mrs. Ehuwa’s passing has drawn an outpouring of grief from family, friends, and members of the community. Her life was celebrated for her selfless service and her commitment to fostering unity among those around her.
